RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Conservo Firenze, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Perishable food items that have been opened cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Items purchased on sale or through promotional offers are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Our team will review and offer a replacement or refund.
We may ask for the item to be returned before processing the refund.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will correct the issue by sending the missing or correct item at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used food items (oils, truffle products, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products returned without prior authorization
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Conservo Firenze is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- defective
- damaged
- incorrectly shipped
